The fine folks at Sugarwish.com mistook us for reputable upstanding candy reviewers, and offered us a go at trying their candy gift delivery service. And I’m here to say that they have a great product.
When you go to their website, you see a very simple, streamlined interface – it’s super clean. Since I was “given” the candies, I received an email with a code in it. I simply clicked on the gift code in the email, and then was taken to their website where I was presented with a graphic display of candies. Pick one, and it’s added to your box. Change your mind, and it’s taken out. Once you’re done, you’re done. That’s it. A few days later, it arrives. And here’s how it looks:
Nice. Even cleaner once you open it up:
Being me, I decided to get a variety of things. I couldn’t resist the grapefruit slices, so I got both kinds. Then I went old school, and got some Goetz’s caramel chews. So good. Finally, I settled on the all natural cola bottle, because… cola.
Ordinarily I’d review the candy-and it’s all good, let me say that- but what we’re really looking at here is the delivery service, which is great. There’s a lot of candy of the month services, and let’s face it, if you know what’s up regarding candy, you’re gonna be disappointed in them most months. It’s just plain hard to dial in what individuals really like when you’re giving the same thing to everyone. That’s why I like Sugarwish so much. Admittedly, they don’t have every candy in the world, but from what I gather they’ll be adding them as they go. But they already have at least 60 or so that are all really high quality, so there’s no doubt that the candy lover in your life will be able to pick things they love. And that’s the point- THEY pick what they want. And then they get it. America.
I encourage you guys to try this out. There’s different sizes to choose from, and even receiving the smallest size, I can tell you that it’s a full pound of the sweet stuff. So I’m good for at least 3 days.
You bought me one of these right. i assume yes. can’t wait. thanks.
