I saw these at World Market and had to have them.

Much like Robert Redford in “Indecent Proposal”, when I encounter something I desire in life, I buy it. Friendship, air, beef, paper clips-whatever. I demand satisfaction. This time, it was a sour cola gummy I’d never seen before.

Maybe “naturally flavored” actually means something in France, where these are made.  They’ve been doing it since 1889, so they sort of have to know what they’re doing at this point.

When I looked at the gummies through the bag, something about them just broadcasted juicy, sour, and extreme cola. And that’s exactly how they tasted.

Cola feet. Big (these are about 3 times the size of a gummy bear) sour juicy cola feet. They’re delicious. They have the effervescent explosion of cola flavor that isn’t super common. It might remind you of some cola candies from your childhood-it did for me. I really like these.

If you see these at World Market or anywhere else in the wild, pick up a few bags, as they’re not even close to available online for us westerners.

I’m trying to think of a clever way to holler back to my Indecent Proposal intro. The moral is this, I think: while money (&1,000,000) can buy you a night with Demi Moore, it can’t buy you happiness. But it certainly can buy you these candies. Quite a few bags.
