It wasn't my cup of tea. I like bacon, I like chocolate...but I also like cheese and gum. Separately. Anyhow, on the bacon-not-good-for-you problem, I think the tide is turning...turns out dietary cholesterol does not cause high cholesterol, and the link between dietary fat and heart disease is not so crystal clear. YAY for bacon lovers everywhere! Pick up Gary Taubes _Good Calories, Bad Calories_ or Nina Planck's _Real Food_ and then enjoy bacon, eggs, and a steak on the side!
